FAST TRACK MEDICAL SYSTEMS
Drivers who plan on competing at Seekonk Speedway in 2008 are required to register for and obtain the Fast Track Medical Response Systems wristband ASAP. This can be done online by clicking on the Fast Track link at the bottom of the Seekonk Speedway website home page. Follow the links to the following site or simply copy this address and insert it into your web browser:

From this page, click on REGISTER HERE and follow the step-by-step instructions. Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. It’s fast, easy, and mandated for all drivers regardless of division. Please feel free to contact the track office with any questions at (508)-336-9959.

POINT SYSTEM:
In response to the many requests and the feedback that we received at the Rules Meetings, the following changes have been made to the point system:

Heat points-NO CHANGES FROM 2007

Feature Points- will be distributed as follows:

2. 55
3. 52
4. 49
5. 46
6. 43
7. 40
8. 37
9. 34
10. 32
11. 30
12. 28
13. 26
14. 24
15. 22
16. 20
17. 18
18. 16
19. 14
20. 12
21. 10
22. 8
23. 6
24. 4
25. 2
26. 2 (for Street Stocks)

Please note that there is no longer a ten point bonus for winning a feature race. The difference between first and second is FIVE points.

PRO STOCK HEAT RACES:
After addressed various cost factors including the price of fuel, in 2008 Pro Stock division heat races will decrease from 15 to 12 laps.
